Introduction
We have unique insight into what makes organisations and partnerships perform to plan and deliver capital projects. Our team brings senior experience in the transport, energy and defence sectors, as sponsors, programme delivery and integration leaders, and as government project leaders.
On our own, alongside expert associates or with other specialist consultancies, we help clients achieve strategic clarity, integrate the work of projects and organisations, and provide tools and advice to increase confidence in delivery to time and budget.

The benefits of working with us
Our expertise
Complex programmes fail not for lack of effort, but for lack of integration, intelligent sponsorship and honest governance. These are precisely the areas we focus on — designing smart solutions alongside helping organisations to re-engage with the basics that large programmes too often lose sight of.
We have experience of integrating projects into coherent, efficient and valuable programmes of work in areas as diverse as Brexit preparation for manufacturers and rail infrastructure upgrades. We also have experience of integrating the processes of different teams and discipline functions within projects.
We have helped new teams grow so they can act as a knowledgeable, demanding client while navigating investment approvals, procurement authority and governance scrutiny. We have extensive experience of managing the human side of complex programmes: political, regulatory, community and supply chain relationships.
We design frameworks and assurance services that give leaders the confidence to make big decisions — and the audit trail to defend those decisions. We have experience of where this has gone well and lessons from where we have seen it fail, ready to apply our learning without fear or favour.

Join us
We're working on some of the UK's most complex infrastructure programmes — and we're growing. If you want the calibre of work you'd expect from a major consultancy, with the influence, agility and culture you only get in a small business, we'd love to hear from you.
Even if there isn't a live role that fits right now, please get in touch — we welcome early expressions of interest from talented people who share our outlook.
Our offer includes interesting and varied work, a competitive salary, flexible hybrid working, plus:
Work on some of the UK's most complex and consequential infrastructure programmes, with meaningful responsibility from day one.
Day-to-day collaboration with partners and associates who have been there and done it. Project leaders and senior advisors talk to you directly — not through a middle-manager.
Growing involvement in business development and client relationships, broadening your experience well beyond pure delivery.
Support for continued professional development, including training, qualifications and sector engagement. Room to progress as the business grows.
The Principal Consultant role sits at the heart of our delivery model — suited to someone who has already established themselves as an expert in infrastructure programme delivery and is ready to take on broader client and commercial responsibility. Reporting to the Associate Director, you'll lead complex engagements independently, build strong senior client relationships, and play an active part in our continued growth.
Don't see the right role listed? We welcome applications and expressions of interest on a rolling basis.
